Package shipment
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment, via a contracted courier with tracking number and delivery with signature. If you prefer certified shipping via a specific courier, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
With all large boxes, your items will be reasonably well protected.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Warranty
The warranty period from the time the product is purchased is as per the warranty given by the product manufacturer.
The guarantee does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use.
How can I change the size or product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and completely new. We do not accept exchanges of products that have been used.
During the Christmas period we have an extended return period until 15 January for purchases made after 20 November.
To make an exchange you send us the product you wish to return and when we receive it we will send you the new product.
If you wish to make an exchange, please send an email to info@mypadelshop.co.za and put in the subject the reference of your order.
How to make a return?

Inside the package you send us you must include a piece of paper indicating the reference number of your order (there are 9 letters) and stating that you are requesting a refund. The shipping costs for a return will be paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an erroneous shipment. In this case they will be covered in full by MyPadelShop.
Once we receive the package we will pay the refund to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal account. If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, please add your account number on the paper so that we can make the payment.
